THE BUZZ PODCAST

REGISTRATION TERMS, MEDIA RELEASE, AND PRIVACY NOTICE

Entity: THE BUZZ PODCAST, LLC (“THE BUZZ,” “we,” “us,” or “our”)

By registering for, attending, speaking at, sponsoring, participating in, or appearing on any THE BUZZ PODCAST event, production, live cast, recording session, conference activation, boardroom discussion, roundtable, livestream, VIP reception, or affiliated gathering (collectively, the “Event”), you (“Participant,” “you,” or “your”) agree to the following Terms and Conditions:

1. CONSENT TO RECORDING, PHOTOGRAPHY, AND MEDIA USE

Participant acknowledges and agrees that:

1. The Event may be photographed, filmed, recorded, livestreamed, transcribed, AI-processed, or otherwise captured in audio, video, digital, or photographic form.

2. Participant’s image, likeness, voice, statements, name, title, company affiliation, biographical information, and participation may be recorded or captured.

3. THE BUZZ retains full ownership of all recordings and media content produced at or in connection with the Event.

Participant hereby:

• Grants THE BUZZ and its affiliates, production partners, sponsors, media collaborators, and successors an irrevocable, perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, edit, distribute, publish, broadcast, display, archive, create derivative works from, and otherwise exploit such recordings and materials in any format or medium now known or later developed.

• Waives any right to inspect or approve the final use of such materials.

• Releases THE BUZZ from any claims related to defamation, invasion of privacy, right of publicity, copyright, compensation, or any other claim arising from use of such materials.

This consent includes, but is not limited to:

• Podcast episodes

• Video episodes and livestreams

• Promotional trailers and highlight reels

• Social media clips

• Digital magazines and publications

• Whitepapers and recap summaries

• AI-generated summaries or derivative educational content

• Commercial sponsorship materials

2. SPEAKER & CONTENT CONTRIBUTION RIGHTS

If Participant provides content (slides, remarks, research, commentary, interviews, panel responses, or other materials):

• Participant affirms they have the legal authority to share such materials.

• Participant grants THE BUZZ a non-exclusive, perpetual, royalty-free license to reproduce, distribute, publish, adapt, summarize, and reference such materials.

• Participant represents that their content does not infringe on third-party intellectual property rights.

THE BUZZ reserves the right to edit content for clarity, length, branding consistency, compliance, or production purposes.

3. AI, TRANSCRIPTION, AND DATA PROCESSING DISCLOSURE

Participant acknowledges that:

• Audio and video may be processed using transcription services, artificial intelligence tools, analytics software, or summarization technologies.

• Content may be used to create derivative insights, summaries, media clips, captions, or educational materials.

• AI processing does not transfer ownership of underlying intellectual property.

THE BUZZ implements commercially reasonable safeguards for digital processing.

4. PRIVACY POLICY SUMMARY

THE BUZZ collects and processes personal information for:

• Event registration and credentialing

• Podcast booking and coordination

• Communication and promotional updates

• Networking facilitation

• Sponsorship engagement

• Event security

• Post-event materials and follow-up

• Marketing analytics and audience growth

Data may include:

• Name

• Title

• Organization

• Email address

• Phone number

• Professional biography

• Public social media profiles

• Participation and engagement details

THE BUZZ does not sell personal data.

We may share limited data with:

• Event sponsors (if disclosed during registration)

• Production partners

• Venue partners

• Technology providers

• Marketing vendors

• Law enforcement if required by law

Data is stored using commercially reasonable security measures.

Participants may request data access, correction, or deletion by contacting:

5. CONFIDENTIALITY & NON-DISCLOSURE

Unless explicitly designated as confidential in writing:

• Discussions at Events or during recordings are considered non-confidential.

• Participants are responsible for clearly identifying proprietary or restricted information prior to recording.

• THE BUZZ is not liable for voluntary disclosures made by participants.

Closed-door or off-the-record sessions may require separate written NDA agreements.

6. CODE OF CONDUCT

Participants agree to:

• Engage respectfully and professionally.

• Avoid harassment, discrimination, or unlawful conduct.

• Comply with venue policies and production team direction.

THE BUZZ reserves the right to remove any participant without refund for violations.

7. ASSUMPTION OF RISK & LIABILITY WAIVER

Participant voluntarily assumes all risks related to attendance or participation, including:

• Travel risks

• Venue-related risks

• Interaction with other participants

• Public exposure through media distribution

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Participant releases THE BUZZ from liability for:

• Personal injury

• Property damage

• Economic loss

• Incidental or consequential damages

THE BUZZ’s maximum liability shall not exceed the registration fee paid (if any).

8. INDEMNIFICATION

Participant agrees to indemnify and hold harmless THE BUZZ from claims arising from:

• Participant’s conduct

• Participant’s content

• Intellectual property violations

• Breach of these Terms

9. SPONSOR & PARTNER RIGHTS

Participants acknowledge that sponsors may:

• Receive attendee lists if disclosed during registration

• Participate in recorded discussions

• Be featured in media publications and promotional content

Opt-out mechanisms may be provided where legally required.

10. CHILDREN & MINORS

Events and recordings are intended for professional audiences.
Participants under 18 require written parental or guardian consent.

11. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in courts located in the State of Georgia.

12. SEVERABILITY

If any provision is found unenforceable, remaining provisions remain in effect.

13. MODIFICATIONS

THE BUZZ reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
